What We Do
Ministries serving Clare County
At the heart of His Helping Hands are church volunteers who give of their time, talents, and treasures to help those in need in Clare County.
All ministries depend on volunteers and the resources available.
How We Serve
A call center for neighbors in need
His Helping Hands is a call center operating year-round, Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., taking time out of the office on holidays.
We are not an emergency service. It takes time to process each intake to be sure all decisions are made to the best of our ability. We take time to vet each request to cut down on scams or needless requests that could be better helped in another way.
We work with other agencies in the community, like MMCAA, DHHS, the Salvation Army, United Way, and the Veterans Administration.
