His Helping Hands of Clare County ("His Helping Hands," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (www.hishelpinghandsofclare.org) and how we use it.

• send a message through our contact form (name, email, phone, and your message);
• apply to volunteer (contact details, emergency contact, church reference, availability, and testimony);
• make a donation through our online giving provider.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, to process volunteer applications, to acknowledge donations, and to carry out our ministry. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with volunteers and staff who need it to help you, or when required by law.

Requests for help

Requests for help are handled by phone through our call center. Information shared during an intake is used to serve you and, with your knowledge, to coordinate with our partner churches and community agencies.

Online donations

Online gifts are processed by a third-party giving platform. Your payment information goes directly to that provider and is handled under its privacy policy; we do not store card numbers. [TODO: name the donation platform once chosen]

Our website links to other organizations, such as Mid Michigan Community Action's Coordinated Entry Assessment. Information you enter on those sites is governed by their own privacy policies.
